The Sentinels are colossal robot sentrys who sole purpose is to destroy all life.

In an alternate reality where the Super Hero Squad never existed, the Sentinels were created to protect the world from threats. Unfortunately, the Sentinels went rogue (thanks to the Scarlet Empress) and wiped out almost all human (and mutant) life on Earth.
